NSP2 Rentals Prichard Housing Authority

NSP2 Rentals - The NSP2 program provides rental opportunities throughout the city and is designed to assist families that have annual income up to 120% of the area median income. Please contact NSP2 staff for details on current availability. The waiting list is currently open. Applications can be obtained at our administration office located at 200 W. Prichard Avenue.
