Business office hour are from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer Private single occupancy , Semi-shared dual occupancy units, and Private single occupancy ADA and hearing impaired units. Our prices range from $3100 to $2000 for single and dual occupancy units. Our rental criteria is based on income, veterans status, and medical eligibility.
We are marketing to the low and moderate income population that meets the 60% and 80% AMI for Yuma County, AZ, we are open to the general public but, provide preference to Veterans and spouse, surviving spouse of veterans, and veteran-connected family member who require caregiver management.
Age requirements are 55 yrs. and older. We provide caregiver service on-site, prepare meals, laundry service, housing keeping, and LPN and RN on-site 24/7 to assist the elderly with managing activities of daily living.
