University Gardens provides low income housing for Seniors. University Gardens is a 20-unit apartment complex. Apartments are leased to low income elderly and physically disabled adults. All apartments are on ground level and can be accessed through a common hall. Residents pay rent and utilities based on a percentage of their income. Residents enjoy the immaculate, level terrain with 36 fruit trees.
