Ozark Meadows II Affordable Senior Apartments

Ozark Meadows II Apartments offers low income housing to Seniors.

The complex has 20 energy-efficient apartments developed for Seniors, which includes a number of units specifically designed for seniors with mobility, hearing, or visual impairments.

Each apartment has central heat and air conditioning and is equipped with a range, a frost-free refrigerator, washer/dryer hook-ups and an emergency signaling device. The complex also includes a community building which houses a multipurpose room, laundry facilities and a manager's office. 

Rent for qualified applicants is subsidized through the government (HUD).

To qualify, the head of household must be 62 years old or older. The household must have an annual income of no more than $16,700 for one person or $19,050 for two people.

Rent is based on adjusted income with preference given to extremely low-income seniors.
