Flint Creek Senior Apartments is a low income housing development. The complex is located  in a quiet neighborhood in a grove of trees beside the cool waters of Flint Creek. Residents are assisted with the rent by funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Flint Creek  was designed with seniors in mind,  There are 20 apartments available for low-income Seniors.  The apartments are 1-bedroom energy-efficient, complete with range, refrigerator, emergency signaling device, and grab bars in the  bathroom. A community building houses the manager's office, a club room, and laundry facilities for use by residents.
