Marlin Cove Apartments

Marlin Cove is now accepting applications for the affordable very-low income one- and two-bedroom units and the moderate income one-and two- bedroom units at the Marlin Cove Apartments. Preliminary applications must be submitted to Marlin Cove.
Marlin Cove has 84 affordable 1-2 bedroom units available for very-low and moderate income people as well as 196 market rate units.
These units are available for families, individuals and senior citizens.
