Tax-exempt bond financing was provided by Prudential Mortgage Capital. Credit enhancement was provided by Freddie Mac. Low Income Housing Tax Credits were acquired by Union Bank. Additional financing was provided by USDA Rural Development.
Renovation highlights include: new roofs, paint, entry doors, energy efficient windows and patio doors, fencing, HVAC systems, signage, and improvements to drainage, landscaping, paving and site accessibility. Kitchens and bathrooms received new cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring and energy efficient lighting. Additionally, a new community room, computer learning center, picnic area and leasing office were added to enhance the lives of the residents.
