Genesis la economic growth corporation assists, implements, supports and/or contributes to programs, projects and activities designed to stimulate, foster, coordinate, plan, improve and encourage economic development in order to reduce conditions of poverty, dependency, chronic unemployment and under-employment, rising community tensions, and social and economic disparity in areas of poverty.
Genesis la programs target low-to-moderate income communities, areas that are considered economically disadvantaged or that possess a higher than average level of unemployment.
