Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura

Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura provides housing assistance to low income residents of Ventura County through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs are income based and eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers or rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance in the area.
