The mission of Upward bound house is to provide transitional housing and supportive services to homeless families with minor children;

To provide affordable rental housing with links to services for very low-income senior citizens

To provide a productive intergenerational community

To give each resident the skills and resources essential to lead a successful, enriched, empowered, and independent life. family place addresses the educational, mental and physical health needs of the entire family.
