Upland Housing Authority

Upland Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs are income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers or rentals and at times these lists may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance in the area. If you are in need of assistance please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance or rentals, the status of any waiting lists and their application procedures. Their office is available Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30 pm to assist you. They are closed for lunch from Noon - 12:45pm.
