West Covina Senior Villas II

West Covina Senior Villas II is an 64-unit senior, low-income apartment community located just a few blocks away from the 10 and 210 freeways in the city of West Covina and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks and public transportation. We have on-site laundry facilities, professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents' enjoyment. Each apartment includes air conditioning/heating and a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator as well as grab bars in the bathrooms for our residents' convenience.
Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 55 years-old at time application is submitted. Household income must not exceed 80% of the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) annual income limits. Section 8 vouchers are welcome.
