Park 20th is located on 20th street directly east of Mill Creek Park and the new federal court house in downtown Bakersfield. Park 20th features 55 one-bedroom affordable apartments for homeless veterans and other low-income households.

On-site services are provided by the California Veterans Assistance Foundation and Flood Bakersfield Ministries.
