Trans Pacific Gardens

We are a centrally located affordable housing community in sunny Chico, Ca.We offer two assistance programs: tax credit and on-site section 8.We also work with Butte County Housing Authority and recipients of their housing voucher.The community is in the process of upgrading our apartments.Some of the new features include double-pane windows, new cabinets and counters in the bathroom and kitchens and the addition of dishwashers!We would love to give you a tour, so call and schedule one, or pop in when you have time!
