Villa Sierra Apartments

We are an affordable housing community that is located in Chico, California. Our apartments are within walking distance of grocery shopping, restaurants, bus routes, downtown Chico, and the Chico State campus. We offer two housing programs on our property: tax credit and on-site section 8. We also work with the Butte County Housing Administration and recipients of their housing vouchers.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.Call for details.
