Affordable Housing for Renters
Affordable housing for lower-income households is defined in State of California law as not more than 30 percent of gross household income with variations (Health and Safety Code Section 50052.5). For example, a family making $36,000 per year would spend no more than about $900 a month for it to be considered affordable.
The Fontana Housing Authority offers a wide range of affordable housing options for families and seniors with low-income households. In order to apply or be placed on the waiting list, please contact the facilities directly.
