This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.

Schoolhouse Court is a unique family rental complex consisting of 14 single family rental homes. All the homes are either three or four bedrooms and are large enough to house a few of the largest families in our community. Each has a nice sized patio and rear yard and a childrens play area captures the center of the private cul-de-sac. Each unit is furnished with its own washer and dryer. NVCH owns and manages this property which was developed and built in 1999.
