Oak Center Towers - Senior Apartments

• PROVIDES AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO ELDERLY & DISABLED PERSONS AT LESS THAN MARKET VALUE RATE AND / OR WITH A SUBSIDY. OAK CENTER TOWERS HAS A TOTAL OF 196 UNITS, 195 OF WHICH ARE SECTION 8 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS.

In keeping with the Oak Center Towers mission to serve seniors with very low incomes or disabilities, we require candidates for residency to meet certain qualifications. To qualify for residency, an applicants annual income cannot exceed 50% of the local area median. Preference is given to very low-income applicants. Once approved and moved in, residents pay no more than 30% of their monthly income toward the monthly rental charge for the living unit.
