Linden Affordable Apartments Redding

Linden Apartments is a Low Income CHIP-managed(Community Housing Improvement Program) 30 apartment complex made up of 2and 3 bedroom units. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Amenities includean on-site manager, a community room with use of computers with internetaccess, and monthly resident services.

MWF 9:00am to 12:00pm; TTh3:00pm to6:00pm

Rent as of May 2011: $503 to $721 per month.

The Linden Apartments were developed in partnership with the City ofRedding and the Redding Redevelopment Agency. Construction began inJanuary of 2006 and completed in early 2007.
