The Nehemiah Urban Land Trust, inc's (NUTL) primary exempt purpose is land preservation for housing and community development in urban or densely populated areas.
NUTL plans to acquire, manage and preserve affordable special needs housing for low-income families and individuals partnering with other non-profit social service agencies.
