Victory Townhomes is located in North Sacramento, near the Capital City Freeway and El Camino Avenue. Victory has 21 units made up of three and four bedroom townhomes.
Opened in 2003, this property is a newer community with a computer lab, community room, beautiful grounds with play equipment, and is the first multi-family affordable housing complex in Sacramento to use solar energy.
