JCI Gardens offers low income senior housing. Residents must meet income guidelines. There are 100 units at this property and there may be a waiting list. This property does not accept Section 8 assistance , however they have their own subsidized program provided by HUD. JCI Gardens is located on West 162nd Street between Gramercy Place and Taylor Court.
