MMI is proud to be one of the organizations selected by theHomeownership Preservation Foundation (HPF), the national organizationthat operates the Homeowner's HOPE™ Hotline, to provide foreclosureprevention and loss mitigation counseling services.

MMI also offers free counseling through the National ForeclosureMitigation Counseling Program. This program is designed to assist you inunderstanding the complex foreclosure process, help you review youroptions and identify a possible course of action.

Housing  counseling services are available 24 hours a day, 7 daysa week by telephone and Internet. In-person credit counseling is alsoavailable by appointment in the local markets in which we operate.
