Hartford Areas Rally Together

The Hartford Areas Rally Together programs focus on building up the community and specifically aims its efforts at developing individual neighborhoods. As part of their missions statement, they write: "Our interconnected programs of community organizing, leadership development training, homebuyer counseling and parenting education create vitality within the Hartford community and improve the quality of life." Hart's Home Ownership Made Easy program provides education and encouragement for first-time homebuyers, and is HUD, CHFA approved. Representatives speak both english and spanish, and the program has maintained a participant mortgage default rate of less than 2% since it began.
