Anvil Place provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Anvil Place Apartments is located in the heart of the New Britain Downtown District, near the public library, and within walking distance from City Hall and the New Britain Visitors Center. We are a 55 and over community, and offer an all-accessible building with an elevator. Anvil Place boasts newly renovated one and two bedroom apartments.
