Saye Brooke Village West is a housing facility for the elderly. There are 10 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedroom apartments. The average size is 600 square feet. The rents start at $910 with utilities included.
Saye Brooke Village West is a non-smoking facility. There is a very active Resident???s Association that holds social functions regularly.
Saye Brooke Village East is a housing facility for the elderly and mobility impaired non-elderly. There are 32 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedroom apartments. The average size is 600 square feet. The rent is 30% of the adjusted income from all sources. The facility is financed by the U.S. Department of HUD and as such follows the regulations of that agency.
Saye Brooke Village East is a non-smoking facility. There is a very active Resident???s Association that holds social functions regularly.
