New Canaan Housing Authority

New Canaan Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through themanagement Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based andthe eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting listfor rentals and at times the list may close to newapplicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and thelong wait time for assistance for those already on the waiting lists.
