Eastview Terrace provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Eastview Terrace II is a 100% Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) development, which is part of a multi-phase, scatter site, mixed use/mixed income rental residential and commercial space project funded by a HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) project.
