Seymour Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based and eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for some of these apartments and at times the waiting lists may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance in the area.
