Delaware State Housing Authority

The Delaware State Housing Authority wascreated in 1968 toprovide, and assist others to provide,quality, affordable housing opportunities and appropriate supportiveservices to responsible low and moderate-income Delawareans. Housing assistance is provided through the management of Low Rent Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. There may be a waiting list for these programs and rentals.
