The exempt charitable purpose is to provide decent affordable housing to low income families and occasionally other disadvantaged target groups by working in concert with local governmental entities and other not-for-profits to identify areas in need of restoration and community development, prioritizing them, and planning a concentration of resources in prioritized areas.
