Fruitland Acres provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. The rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

The property features one and two bedroom units which are furnished with a stove, refrigerator, central heat and air, carpeting, mini blinds and outside storage. A laundry facility is located on site. Convenient to stores, restaurants and schools.

Annual gross and adjusted household cannot exceed applicable limits. Income limits are subject to change. Eligible applicants must demonstrate stable financial resources that provide ability to meet obligations. Additional screening criteria apply.
