Willowbrook Place provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. The rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Immokalee Apartments features four family properties and one senior property with bedroom sizes ranging from one to three bedrooms at select locations. All complexes are furnished with stove, refrigerator, central heat and air, carpeting, mini blinds and storage areas. Laundry facilities are located at each site. Convenient to stores, restaurants and schools.
We offer affordable housing for families with up to moderate income, as well as affordable housing for low income seniors (62 years of age or older) or handicapped/disabled households, regardless of age.
