Florida Christian Apartments is committed to fair and equal housing.The following qualification requirements apply to all households:
The head of household must be at least sixty-two (62) years old
At least one member of the applicant household must be a citizen or national of the United States, or an eligible non-citizen as defined by HUD.
The apartment home at Florida Christian Apartments must be your only residence.HUD does not allow you to have multiple residences while living at Florida Christian Apartments.
The household must meet the income limits for the area.Since these income limits change periodically, please contact us for the latest income limits as established by HUD.
Other requirements apply; such as successfully passing screening related to credit history, character history, housing references, housekeeping history, and more.Please see the Resident Selection Criteria posted in our office for a complete list of screening criteria.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.Call for details.
