Eligibility
Individuals and families who meet the following criteria are welcome to complete the below application to be placed on our waiting list for homeless housing:
    Applicant must live independently and harmoniously within the housing community
    Applicant must agree to participate in the supportive services offered
    Applicant must qualify as homeless under the U.S. HUD definition
    Applicant must meet the project income requirement
    Applicant must pass a drug screening and agree to remain drug-free
    Applicant must have a disability to apply to live in certain communities
