Avon Park Housing Authority

Avon Park Housing Authority provides low income residents with housing assistance through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs are income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers or rentals and at times these lists will close to new applcants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and the size and length of wait of the lists.
