Prospect Towers - Affordable Housing

Prospect Towers is a 17 story apartment community composed of 208 apartments with four floor plan choices. All apartments have picture windows; upper level apartments have panoramic vistas of the city and waterfront views. Rent starts at $432.00 for an efficiency and $554.00 for a one bedroom apartment including utilities, cable may be added for $18.00 per month. Residents must be at least 62 years old or have a disability. Residents must also have the capability to care for the apartment in which they reside.
Our all inclusive rent also assures peace of mind in knowing that there is an on-site wellness center, emergency call button in each apartment, fire sprinklers throughout the building, limited access into the building, and 24/7 desk clerks. Maybe the best feature of all: your little furry pet is welcome too (some restrictions apply for the benefit of all residents).
