La Esperanza Public Housing Apartments owned by the Hialeah Housing Authority.
"La Esperanza" is a 133 unit Multi-Family Turnkey Development Project, comprised of 80 Elderly one bedroom and 53 two bedroom family townhouses, and is located at 1771 West 44th Place, Hialeah, Florida 33012. The development of this project spread over seven acres of land and the construction of "La Esperanza" was completed in September of 1984. This project was given the name of "La Esperanza" which means "The Hope."
