Vernon Ashley Plaza is located at 70 East 7th Street, Hialeah, Florida is comprised of 153 efficiencies and 46 one-bedroom units. This development was named in honor of Mr. Vernon Ashley, who was a member of the Hialeah City Council for over 12 years and a strong support of the HUD Housing Programs for low income families. The construction of "Vernon Ashley Plaza" was completed in October of 1969.
