William Booth Towers

The William and Catherine Booth Towers are two vital programs offered to seniors. The Towers are high-rise apartment complexes for low-income senior citizens age 62 and older with a limited number of accessible units for individuals 18 and up who qualify. William and Catherine Booth Towers provide 293 one-bedroom/one-bath apartments with full efficiencies.
The residents are provided with a facility that has: 24 hour courtesy desk, coin operated laundry rooms, recreation rooms, lounge areas and a beautiful view overlooking greater Orlando. The Tower residents have plenty of programs and activities to fill their days with fun and fellowship. Special luncheons and events take place on a regular basis providing good social activities for all of the residents to enjoy. Currently, each facility has approximately a one-year waiting list of people in need of housing at the Towers.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.Call for details.
