Pensacola Area Housing Commission

Pensacola Area Housing Commission provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for these rentals and at times the waiting list may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and the size of the list.
