The Oaks at Riverview includes 250 rental units (76 units of senior housing and 174 family units), 96 homeownership units and community amenities. These amenities include a multi-purpose resident services center housing a property management office, computer center, meeting space, day care center and pool; commercial rental/ business incubator space; play spaces, and a proposed adjacent recreation/ community center. The community was designed as a City neighborhood with building designs that reflect the architecture of the surrounding historic Old Seminole Heights area and new through streets that connect the development to the adjacent neighborhood.
