Residences At Equality Park provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. The rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Affordable housing for senior adults, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ individuals. We remain passionate and excited about meeting this real community need. The Residences at Equality Park will represent Florida's first affordable housing community with customized supportive services for LGBTQ+ seniors.
