Garden Court Downtown Apartments is a 3-story, 30-unit apartment community in Plymouth, Indiana and serves residents at least 62 years of age or who are disabled (with no age restrictions).

Garden Court Downtown residents stay busy by participating in the many events held at the community. The most favorite activity residents enjoy is taking part in the monthly Cookie Club. During the spring, our residents add to the charm of the building by planting their favorite flowers, many of which flower all summer long. Garden Court Downtown partners with Martin's Supermarkets and Older Adult Services to help provide one free round trip per week so residents can grocery shop.

Garden Court Downtown is a three-floor building offering 23 one-bedroom units with 621 square feet of living space and 4 efficiency units with 432 square feet available; we also offer 3 handicap accessible efficiency units.
Location:
Garden Court Downtown is located on Garro Street, 3 blocks west of Michigan Street, in Plymouth. The public library, post office and neighborhood center are all within a short distance of the apartments and the fire department is located around the corner. Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center is located 1miles away. Martin's Supermarket and Kroger's are in town, along with People's Drug Store, CVS, Walgreens, K-Mart and WalMart and many other shops in the area.
Rental Requirements:
We ask that our applicants complete a rental application packet. The packet includes an application, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Our residents also meet income guidelines and rental criteria.
Rental Rates:
Rent is calculated at 30% of the resident's adjusted monthly income. Please contact our friendly staff in the rental office for annual income limits.
