Garden Court West Apartments is a 46-unit apartment community in Plymouth, Indiana. Built in 1974, Garden Court West is available to residents at least 62 years of age or disabled (with no age restrictions).
Amenities:
Residents at Garden Court West have their gas, heat, electric, water, sewage, and trash provided for them as part of their rent. Our community also offers residents a convenient on-site laundry facility and a Community Room, which is available for events for the Garden Court community and for private events.
Real Services comes to Garden Court West to provide lunch, Monday through Friday, at noon in the Community Room. In December, Bradley Residential Management is happy to host a Holiday celebration for our residents. Martin's Supermarkets and Older Adult Services help our residents by providing one free round-trip transportation service per week to Martin's for grocery shopping.

The Plymouth Public Library, post office, neighborhood center and fire department are all within a short distance of the apartments. Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center is located 1miles away. Martin's Supermarkets, Kroger's, People's Drug Store, CVS, Walgreen's, K-Mart and WalMart are all within a short drive and there are many other shops along the way.
Rental Requirements:
Applicants to Garden Court West are asked to complete an application packet. Our application packet includes the rental application, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Our applicants need to meet the income guidelines and rental criteria established for Garden Court West.
