Oak Park Plaza

Oak Park Plaza offers affordable housing for seniors aged 62 and older, with a few additional units for those younger than 62 with physical disabilities. There are 101 single-bedroom units available for rent. Amenities include on-site laundry, on-site bus transportation pick-up, monthly birthday parties, exercise training, a nurse call system in each apartment, and regularly available health professionals to discuss needs and concerns. Oak Park Plaza has been subsidized by the Housing and Urban Development Division and Section 8 Low Income Housing Assistance may be available upon request.
