Liberty Commons Apartments and Townhomes is an Affordable Housing Community.

They offer the RAD program, where your rental rate will be based upon your income.

In addition to the RAD program, Liberty Commons gladly accepts Section 8 vouchers and offers LIHTC (another affordable community program) housing.

Our community has 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms to choose from.

The apartment homes and townhomes range between 550-620 sq. ft. on a 1 bedroom, 800 sq. ft. on a 2 bedroom, 1020 sq. ft. on a 3 bedroom and 1320 sq. ft. on a 4 bedroom.

The apartment and townhomes feature wood flooring.

Some have basements,window blinds and air conditioning.

Some amenities include cable ready apartments, Community Room with kitchen, washer/dryer hookups and full basements in the townhomes, professional management and 24 hour maintenance.

They are close to shopping, transportation and entertainment.

They have several playground and recreation areasthroughout their community.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.Call for details.
