To qualify for public housing, your gross income must fall within the lower income guidelines. H.A.S Properties offers no emergency housing.
With either housing rental program H.A.S. Properties has, you can expect to pay approximately 30 percent of your adjusted gross income for rent and utilities.
To qualify for public housing, your gross income must fall within the lower income guidelines. Anyone within six months of turning 18 years old and who falls within the income guidelines may apply. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to sign a lease.
