Ridge Oak II Senior Apartments

Ridge Oak Senior Housing is a private non-profit organization established to provide rent-subsidized rental apartments to age and income eligible Seniors.

Applicants must be 62 years of age or older at the time of application.

 Eligible applicants pay rent based upon 30% of income and income from assets. Rent subsidy is provided through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
