Dubin House Senior Apartments

Dubin House offers 144 independent living apartments, all featuring well-appointed accommodations and access to a wide variety of social, cultural, and recreational activities. Residents benefit from a worry-free lifestyle, allowing time to pursue interests or simply relax in the privacy of their own apartment. Dubin House has 64 studio apartments and 80 one-bedroom apartments.  All units offer: Full-size kitchen with a stove and refrigerator;  Plush carpeting in living areas; Bathroom with tile flooring.

Services & Amenities:

Residents benefit from a host of services that are designed to make their lives easier, including bi-weekly housekeeping and laundry services, as well as access to home health aides as needed. A daily, hot Kosher lunch is served restaurant-style in their formal dining room - or boxed for residents to pick up and enjoy in their apartments - Monday thru Friday. On Friday, residents also receive two meals for the weekend.
